Privacy Policy

Hotels Outings Stadiums and Tailgating LLC ("HOST," "we," "us") operates the HOST mobile app and the usehost.app website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Location. With your permission, we use your device location to find the game and stadium nearest you. You can deny or revoke this at any time in your device settings; HOST still works by manually selecting a game.
• Guide content. The hotels, parking, bars, and custom stops you add to a guide, and any guide you choose to share via a link.
• Usage analytics. We use Mixpanel to understand how the app is used (e.g. which screens are viewed, which features are used) so we can improve it.
• Attribution data. When you share or open a guide link, we use Branch.io to route that link to the app. Branch may collect device and network information as part of that redirect.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve HOST: to show you relevant game and venue information, keep your saved guides in sync, share guides you choose to share, and understand which parts of the app are useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to run HOST: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting for guide data), Mixpanel (analytics), Branch.io (share-link attribution), and Google Places / weather.gov (venue and forecast information). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Location permission can be changed at any time in your device settings.

Children's privacy

HOST is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
