These terms govern your use of the HOST mobile app and the usehost.app website, operated by Hotels Outings Stadiums and Tailgating LLC ("HOST," "we," "us"). By using HOST, you agree to these terms.

What HOST is

HOST helps fans plan around a live sports event: hotels, parking, pregame bars, and stadium tips, and lets you build and share a guide for a specific game.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use HOST for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.

Third-party venues and links

Hotels, parking, and bars shown in HOST are independent third-party businesses. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don't control their pricing, availability, or service, and any booking you make with them is between you and that business. Some links in HOST are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you.

Shared guides

Guides you share are accessible to anyone with the link. Don't include information in a shared guide that you don't want visible to whoever you send it to.

No warranty

HOST is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that venue information, weather, or schedule data is complete, current, or error-free, always confirm details (especially reservations and game times) directly with the source.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOST is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on information in it.

Changes

We may update these terms as HOST evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
